Job Description
Develop and maintain the User Interface (Web and Windows application) and Search Algorithms. Own and manage the next version of the applications to be developed ideally using Share Point Server and .Net 3.5 that are to be designed in conjunction with the technical architecture team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains quality software from specification stage to release on schedule.
- Participates in project planning and project estimates.
- Maintains contact with team leader, team members and other support teams for product input and function decisions.
- Develops, tests, and documents software in accordance with approved Engineering standards and procedures.
- Ensures project deliverables and implementation meets required specifications and within agreed project deadlines.
- Communicates regularly with technical leader or technical architect
- Participate in the documentation efforts of the project at every stage
Desired Candidate Profile
- BTech/B.E./MCA degree
- Strong in C# (must have worked on both web and winforms based projects)
- Knowledge of MS Office Addins / Plugins
- Knowledge of Share Point Server 2010
- Knowledge of CVS or another source control management tool required
- Basic web concepts, HTML, XML, XSL
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must be good at documentation
- Must be good at working as a team.
